Does not honor their warranty. We'll under weight limit if the chair and a weld on the deck failed. Didn't even have the chair a year before the failure. Offered me a 20% refund stating that was because i purchased through Amazon, a third party. Shame. The chair was nice.

Great chair my husband absolutely loves it. The only critique is the arm rest, it is very loose.

We are 75 and 76 and were able to assemble it. Holding up alright so far. Consider substituting this for a recliner if you have no room for one and like to keep you feet up. Easily rolls to different places in the house. Built for gamers, but work for us geezers, too. 🤭

Purchased and assembled in February. The "massaging" was just vibration so I was a little disappointed in that, but I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of this chair as I do have a hard time finding comfortable chairs. However, towards the beginning of November, the chair started to lean to the back right. Unfortunately, 3 days before Thanksgiving, the chair was completely unsafe. It was so loose that there was no way to sit in it without it falling forward, to the side, or backwards. It also would lift up as soon as I stood up, and lost compression as soon as I sit. I'm 5'9" and 190lbs, so this shouldn't be happening. I rely on this chair to support me during my remote job, but unfortunately, there's no fixing this, despite my best efforts. It stinks, because I really loved this chair. So 5 stars for 8 months. Then 1 star after that.

Got this as a gift for my grandson.....he loves it and I think the value for the quality and price is A+. Comfortable, sturdy and reclines.

Wow. Amazon managed to utterly fail me yet again. My 15 year old rolling chair is more comfortable by far and handles better. I didn’t just randomly order a chair either, I spent a significant amount of time deciding which chair to go with. The pictures and video paint a totally different picture, absolutely misleading. Sound from speakers is worse than any speaker I have, I’d be better off using my phone strapped to the chair. “Massage”/back support is nothing; it vibrates, doesn’t even stick to chair so unless your back is against it, it falls down. Giving this product a 1 star is generous.
