What the heck happened? Why oh why did they mess with a good thing? I thought this was a family owned business by a person who had diabetes. I sent a message on the company‘s website about how disappointed I am in this new formula for the traditional snack mix. They have added a bunch of wagon wheel protein pieces, and have taken out those wonderful pecans. Also, the flavor seems to be less spicy. I am so disappointed as I would eat a bag or two of these every week. These were my go to salty snacks for a low-carb treat. I know there are others who are complaining about it also. So whatever they intended with this new formula is costing them customers as I will not buy this anymore. I am so glad they came out with the mustard flavor as I love it, and I hope that they do not mess with it. They really need to listen to their customers. I don’t understand why they changed it. Unless it is for profits. You don’t mess with a good thing. The customer is always right! And please, if you read this do not mess with the cereals!

This is a great snack. Used to be sold at Sam's Club. Couldn't find it anymore. I like it because it's not alot of calories and keto. I need this. I nibble on it all the time. Very tasty. All the flavors are good, but I love love love the Cheddar mix the best Has little cheese crisps in it!

The pecans and cashews are whole with only a few pieces and the bag is loaded with both. The chickpea pretzels are delicious and the rest of the pieces in the bag are a perfect compliment to the nuts and pretzels.

These are keto snacks. They are delicious. My son loves him and he’s not on keto. It’s a secret to the world. They are so tasty salty and just the amount of pecans in them which I think is wonderful. My family worried about. When I got my blood work up for this last three months, my numbers were the best. They have been in three or four years, so to answer that these are good to eat give yourself a treat if you’re keto it will become one of your top four things to eat and still not gain, and feel like you’re getting a real treat. Highly recommend!
