Customer service prickly not free returns for unopened item.
I’ve had one of these for awhile and started giving random measurements. The company doesn’t offer repair. I bought another one and some how ordered 3. I returned 2 but was charged a restocking fee and not very friendly email exchange. The item worked but beware the company might not stand behind the product and charge you to return it even if you didn’t open it.

Ok value if you don’t need micrometer accuracy.
Measurements are 0.3mm too high when compared against calibrated micrometer. I wrote it down on the back and know to take it off my measurements, but it is inconvenient.
