Look into Carnitine before buying. I personally like it and I like this brand.
I got the sour candy flavor which wakes up your mouth. Iβve taken L Carnitine for years. Itβs an Amino Acid that transports fat molecules to be burned before protein or carbs. Itβs not something you are going to notice for sometime. The Coleman is the strongest Iβve seen. Effective? Decide for yourself. There is enough research out there to support the claims. Best taken just before strenuous cardio or lifting.
