One of the pricey product purchase I’ve made this year.Cleaning the house is a breeze with this robot, and it requires little to no intervention, because of the self cleaning and emptying features.Do be mindful of the timely care the robot requires, however, and keep cleaning its various parts (e.g., the onboard dustbin & filter, the sensors etc.).I too have TPLink mob in a year 2 times it has gone for issue fix.Poor product quality and support.I also have to mention they have done amazing after I mailed to CEO of IndiaOverall current experience is better compared to what I had waiting for it's longavaity and durability

Great machine. Does all things as advertised. Only keep the AI Stuff(Freo Mind) off and you are good to go.For Multi floor homes the floor with base station has vacuum n mop function but for other floors it's only vacuum as it won't be able to auto fill and clean itself. Faced a issue where it failed to identify a step on white tile. Other areas it was able to identify steps.For large areas need to be mindful of battery and water tank refills. Battery, it charges automatically and resumes the task but for water tank you have to interven to empty n refill them.The app also has all required functionality with customisation options.Price maybe on higher side but Great for a single floor apartment, Great app. Spare parts available on Amazon, good service network in April 2025.

Great product . But I can't find even a basic accessory like floor detergent for purchasing. This is a risky product to purchase due to unavailability of accessories.

The media could not be loaded. I think it does a good job and is much faster some of robo vac's up there,does clean hair and other stuff with out getting stuck to brush, this thing is hassle free,should buy auto water exchange kit and forget about changing water,am totally 😀 no regrets buying this narwl fero z ultra,is worth the money

The robot is good at vacuum and mopping. But customer care in India is new, accessories are also unavailable often. Risky buy, but good robot.
