I'm a frequent purchaser of this supplement. Does the job! The plant oestrogen keeps post-menopausal symptoms at bay. I used to get hot flushes, irritability, formication (feeling of having an ant or insect on top of my scalp), etc. I started using broccoli extract (more recently the sprout version) 25 years ago to avoid taking HRT. I take one tablet each morning and night with a good multivitamin/ mineral supplement and a daily Glucosamine MSM + Chondroitin tablet. Keeps me sailing, dancing, walking and sleeping happily.

I take these to ease symptoms of menopause. I’ve noticed a positive effect on my well-being. They are easily swallowed snd included in your daily routine. Great quality snd value for money. No after taste.

I've been taking the Organic Broccoli Sprout Extract 21,000mg for a few days, and I'm excited to share my initial thoughts.The value is great, with 90 vegan capsules providing a 1-month supply when taken twice a day.I'm also impressed by the high-strength 15:1 Brassica Oleracea supplement extract, resulting in a potent and effective product.Another plus is the resealable and recyclable pouch. I now prefer my supplements to be in pouches as I find them much easier to store and less bulky then bottles!One thing I was pleasantly surprised by was the lack of taste or smell. Sometimes supplements can have a strong or unpleasant odour, but that's not the case here.Lastly, I'm happy to report that the product is gluten-free, halal, vegan, and plant-based. This makes it accessible to people with various dietary restrictions and preferences.Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and value of this supplement. This is very similar to a high quality version of Sulforaphane supplements I have used in the past. However this product is much cheaper and has a higher extract amount at 15:1. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow.It is brilliant quality product and I noticed it made my skin softer. Would definitely recommend and will be buying again.

I am eating a very low carb / keto way of eating, following Dr Eric Westman's "prescription strength" diet. This gives me only 20g total or 10g net carbs daily. It follows that even low carb vegetables like broccoli cost me precious grammes of carbohydrate. Broccoli sprouts on the other hand are off the scale high in nutrients but low in carbs. The snag is that if shop bought they can easily harbour very nasty bacteria, so they must be washed thoroughly before eating. Whenever I wash broccoli sprouts, I end up with a disgusting soggy mess! And to be honest, I didn't much enjoy their taste / texture in the first place.I was therefore delighted to find these capsules from Alpha01 (a seller from whom I have happily ordered in the past). Besides an eye-watering amount of organic broccoli sprout extract and the necessary capsule they contain only hemp flour. I have never understood why so many supplement sellers pad out their capsules with fillers, often carb bombs which are unacceptable to me. However, hemp flour is the least of evils, being very low in carbs.I am sorry Alpha01 choose to conceal the fact that to get the promised dose the buyer must take 2 capsules daily. You will have to look in the thumbnails or scroll down to the "Directions" or check on the pouch AFTER purchase to find this out. Fortunately the current price of £7.99 is reasonable for the 45 days full dose, or you might , like me, decide to halve the dose and enjoy this supplement for a full 90 days. After all, I would not think of eating real broccoli sprouts every day for months!Aplpha01's packaging is almost always the same, and exemplary.
