I bought this kids' smartwatch for my child and we are very happy with the purchase. The design is fun and comfortable, and it fits perfectly on small wrists. It includes essential features such as GPS tracking, voice calling, and 4G connectivity (depending on the country and network compatibility). The setup process was simple, and the instructions were clear enough to get everything working within minutes. One of the things I liked the most is the peace of mind it offers. Watch does not tether to your phone without separate cell service despite the ad saying you can connect through the app. You cannot use GPS, messaging, calling, SOS, or even the pedometer without cell service. The app does not tether the watch to your device. Does NOT have Bluetooth functionality. The only parts of this watch that function without you paying for a separate phone line are the games, camera, and alarm. My 5 year old smartwatch tethers to my phone just fine but this pile of junk cannot.

Excellent kids’ smartwatch! My daughter loves it. The video call feature works perfectly, and being able to track her location in real time gives me peace of mind. It works for normal phone calls, video calls it seems it doesn’t have good service, it’s always glitching out wherever my son makes the call from, location doesn’t update, and just gives parameters not exact location. It’s okay for the price.

We just got this for my daughter. Honestly, it does everything we wanted- video call. you do need to buy a SIM card for it to make calls.But there is a huge downside and I’m not sure if I’ll keep this watch. Firstly, you communicate thru an app. I am fine with that part but the app has tons of ads, so many that it interrupts the reason why we got this in the first place- calling or connecting with my child. Secondly, almost immediately, the app wanted me to update the location services. It took me to a whole other ap. It thought I was in the middle of China when it’s not connecting and I live in the United States. That’s pretty off. When we did get the location to work, it pinned my watch at my neighbors house and then reset it and then the other neighbor‘s house. I don’t mean to share this in a weird way, but the entire interface feels entirely foreign and not modern Americanized. Definitely not an interface that you would expect for tech today. I’m giving this watch two stars because it does function the way we needed to function, but the entire interface makes me uncomfortable and we are exploring other options. But truly, it is hard to find an affordable option to do video calls with.

Can not get the tracking to work

Its a great watch for kids, but it does not have WIFI and without a simcard its useless.
