My husband would wear these before playing golf. I used them for curing the ache of lower back pain. They feel warm and comforting to wear around your back and effective too.

Probably not the cheapest, but definitely the best, because they work.
Tried various heat pad options for lower back issues that flair up time to time. The Thermacare pads are probably not the cheapest, but definitely the best, because they work. The heat lasts for the the length of a typical working day. I wear a fresh pad every morning and after about five working days, I am back to normal. The hook velcro attachment on the warp around keeps the heat pads in place.

They really do stay warm for 16 hours!Not cheap if you need to use one a day, but I have found them the most effective thing to help my lower back pain.

Did not help as much as hoped
I have used these before and they helped my back pain, reluctant to buy again as they have gone up a lot in price ( very expensive for two days supply) but I did buy two packs I’ve used the first pack and ok but no more than that I’m sorry to say.
