Knife is not a quality!
The media could not be loaded. The Jammon support is good quality,but unfortunately the knife looks cheap and isn’t quality I did manage to brake the handle when I cut first pice and I did not put pressure on !

Stand is not bad, but the knife is the worst one I have ever seen
The holder is of average quality, nice design but it bends a bit and makes a weird sound when cutting. The rags to cover are very good, but the knife is the worst knife I have ever seen in my life, it cuts just as bad on the cutting edge as on the opposite side.

It only lasted one ham!
Not suitable for big hams. Ours broke half way through it and we never received the kitchen towel. The knife is great though.
