Very easy to use. Handle stays cool as you use it. Works like magic. Straightens and curls easily on all types of hair. The fan sets the curl with the cool air. Lovely straightener and curler. I need to get another one quick before they sell out or raise the price. Wow! Hair is softer when done with a nice sheen, wavy and bouncy. I have kinky dry hair usually. I didn't have to use a lot of oil on it either. Wow! is all I can say. My daughter loves it too. Try it, you will love it. i usually have to be careful not to have the heat too high. I sued 400 with the fan on continually as I curled it. I didn't burn my finger or my hair. Wow! Great price.

This product works great! It has greatly cut down the time it takes to straighten and curl my hair. Not only is it easy to use, it's easy on my hair and doesn't burn my hair like a regular flat iron. My hair is healthy and growing without constant breakage.

This is truly amazing. I have natural coarse thick wavy/curly unruly hair. It is hard to find a flat iron that doesn't burn my hair to get it straight. This is it. On the 3rd temperature setting it made my hair straight soft and silky and isn't burned. The fact that it doubles as a curling iron is icing on the cake. It created great curls and once I get used to handling it I know I will get better. Also it doesn't get scolding hot like most flat irons so you can get really close to the roots with no worries. There is also an auto shut off option when it sits idle for a while. I highly recommend this for anyone that wants their hair bone straight and healthy looking without the heat damage.

The product comes very nicely packaged like a high-quality product. The curling and cooling works well, but if you are going to use as a flat iron to achieve a silk press, this is not the product. I thought I could achieve the silk press effect and tried this product first, but had to revert back to my Chi which I have had for 6 years, because this product could not straighten my hair like the Chi. After straightening my hair with the Chi, I then used this product to curl. The cooling effect really gave me a bouncy curl. Excellent for curling black people's hair but not for straightening Black people's hair.

This is the best curler and straightener I have ever used. It is so easy. Highly recommend this for anyone who has thick long hair.
