Great machine for gaming
Great pc used for gaming, very fast , so cool fans on back do not run. Well worth the money, delivered in two days by dpd.

Great Value
Great value. Unpacked, plugged in and ready to go. Had it just over a week and it’s been a great upgrade on my old PC. Perfect for playing Warhammer and better yet, great for editing my Kenny Rodger’s dance videos.

PC didn't work.
The PC was completely inert when plugged in and connected. I tried various combinations of power switches but it was still completely dead. Refund was done very quickly indeed - absolutely no complaints there. Often with hardware this expensive included in the package is a checklist where the product will have been checked before dispatch and doing that would have probably meant a satisfied customer rather than a disappointed one. You need to understand the situation why this disappointed me so much. My previous PC had been declared dead a couple of months earlier but I'd waited until Black Friday to get the best deals. In fact this machine wasn't on sale but specs were so good for the price that I bought it anyway. There's a significant degree of faff in getting all the wires and peripherals connected so there's also big disappointment when it doesn't work. Then I've got to package everything back up again, buy parcel tape, and drag it back to the post office to return it. Fortunately I've got a porter's trolley that made the last task easier. I understand - first world problem - but the disappointment was genuine. Posted not to cast fire and damnation on the company but as insight to the impact that things like this do have on customers. P.S. Better deals may be obtained directly from the company website. I must add - I did NOT return the device to get a better deal elsewhere. The time and energy to find what you're looking for plus the rarity for me of being at home to be able to collect the parcel mean that isn't a good option for me.
