I purchased this to make small batches of summer sausage with a recent blessing of venison from family member hunts. I’ve used it to make about 40 sticks of summer sausage so far and it works great. I only complaint are the suction cups at the bottom of the device. Those are already shared off by movement.. online video show that it’s probably best to clamp the stuffer to the counter countertop for best results. Other than the ineffective suction cups it’s really a great device. I wasn’t sure whether I would like the process so I went with the smaller unit I like it because it stores easily and usable by one person. I think I might go with the next size up if I purchased a new one.

Very poorly constructed! The gear housing was plastic and it snapped during the process of filling the casings. Was unable to complete one pound of meat before it broke. Very little written instructions. Very disappointed with product.
