Love anything Freida McFadden writes and this short story is a must read.
If you’re familiar with The Housemaid’s series this little book is a nice add in to it. I’m not going to give away anything here but it’s a quick read and I love how Freida McFadden wrote this to give some perspective of Millie’s wedding after all that she’s been through. If you have read the series you must read this.

3.5 Short Story
The Housemaid’s Wedding is a short story and just 63 pages. It is meant as a quick filler between books two and three of the Housemaid series. It’s not to be taken seriously; and is a fun and very quick read for the fans who wanted to read about Millie and Enzo’s wedding.I didn’t have to read about their wedding, but when McFadden mentioned it and I was able to buy a paperback copy for the inexpensive price of $2.79 I jumped at the chance! McFadden wrote this for the fans and is not making any money off this short story being written. I enjoyed it and I listened to the entire Housemaid series on audiobook, I heard the narrator Lauryn Allman’s voice as Millie again as I read this one! Allman is perfect as Millie for me with the audiobooks. I can’t wait to see how the movie will be.Read it or not, that is up to you as the reader. If you have enjoyed The Housemaid series then I say go for it. Just remember, it’s a very short and quick read!

I Hear Wedding Bells
Book came in perfect condition. Rating is based on book. This is an easy fast read novella (super short). It was a nice little story around the wedding of Millie and Enzo. I enjoy it. The ending was not expected but an interesting turn when the connection was made back to the prologue. This is a nice little reminiscence of the housemaid series.

Novella
The Housemaids WeddingAuthor - Freida McFaddenGenre - ThrillerReading Method - KindleLength - 76 Pages⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This book is a winter themed short story meant to fill in the gap between book 2 of the housemaid series and book 3, or even after book 3. I decided to read this book in between, and I am so glad that I did. On the morning of Millie and Enzo’s wedding, Millie wakes up to a threatening phone call. Throughout the day, Millie keeps receiving these calls and it makes her nervous. However, Millie keeps these calls from Enzo as she doesn’t want them to ruin their special day.Reading other reviews on this book I was a little sad to see how much hate it got. My opinion was that this book was just the right length and it provided some closure on Millie and Enzo’s relationship. I would agree with the fact that it wasn’t your typical thriller and more of a romance novella. But nonetheless it was definitely a little something to give the readers who enjoyed reading about the character building and relationship forming between Enzo and Millie.

McFadden novelette.
I really enjoyed this shortened, quick read. I truly like them shorter than the norm, and what better to have but a Freida McFadden short story?I enjoyed the story, the plot, and of course she had her twists at the end.I recommend.

Short and sweet
Not the most adventurous little side story, but maybe that is what we needed. A happy ending-or new beginning- for Millie and Enzo. Short and sweet and with a small twist of violence:)
