Im looking at the set of 48 and the colors seem better. i want the wooden box though. does this set have all the same colors as the 48 one?

Hello, I haven't seen a box of 48 in real life but I have the wooden box of 50. It has all the colors that it shows in the photo and it seems that the 48 box has pretty much the same. . . there may be a few differences. It looks like the box of 50 has more blues and greens.. I was very happy with the wooden box! And I go through them so quickly that I can buy new colors and refill the box. Hope that's helpful!

Are they full sticks?

I haven't used them since last year. All my art supplies are packed up presently, but I think they were 1/2 or 1/3rds. They were easy to hold, and didn't break while using as far as I remember.

This is not a question I can answer. I haven't used them often and haven't tried to mix.
