PUL fabric
This PUL is thin but it serves the purpose for which I purchased it. The blue is a very nice color. If I bought it locally it was thicker, with designs on it but cost nearly 2x as much. If you are making pull on diaper covers, it would be fine. It is soft and not stiff. If you want a diaper bag, maybe something a little thicker would be better. I am using for layering underwear as a moisture barrier. Works great.

Good waterproof fabric
Appears to be a very pliable and sturdy material. It has been washed and came out beautifully!

Best way to buy PUL for cloth diaper covers
I bought this fabric in yellow as well to do cloth diaper covers. It sews up nicely and is easy to work with if you have an even feed/walking foot. There is a slight stretch so it is more like a knit material so you have to be patient when working with it around curves. I'm happy with the purchase and the value since other PUL fabrics and fabric kits can cost considerably more.

Nice Color
Not the same quality PUL that I buy from my favorite sewing store, but still seems to do the trick. Nice color.

High quality PUL
The pic is kind of misleading as it is showing the shiny or "wrong" side of the fabric. The other side not shown is the "right" side of the fabric. I used this for lining in wet/dry bags. It worked great!

Nice Color but thin.
The color is a very nice yellow, but it is much thinner than the PUl fabrics that I am used to working with.

Great for Cloth Diaper bag!
I used this to make a waterproof pocket in my diaper bag for my used cloth diapers when we are out of the house. It holds the odor well and works great! I make my own cloth diapers and I love the 1mil PUL. It is thick enough to hold the liquid; but not so thick that he cannot move around in it.

Low quality, prone to delamination.
I have bought PUL from different manufacturers over the years and this is by far the lowest quality PUL I have ever bought. I guess you do get what you pay for. For most PUL fabrics the polyurethane layer is continually laminated onto the polyester fabric with a nice, tight bond. This PUL has the PU laminated onto the fabric by little dots. It results in a much weaker bond that makes the fabric more prone to delamination, especially if washed and dried frequently (such as diapers). Fortunately I will be using it for rainwear, so it should hold up for a season. If you are looking for diaper PUL, keep looking.
