This mat is the perfect size to place at the bottom of the bed, allowing it to make contact with just my feet and calves. One night, I ended up sleeping on the couch, which doesn’t have a grounding mat, and my arthritis pain in my wrist flared up noticeably. The following night, back in bed with the grounding mat, the pain subsided. Almost immediately after use, I noticed sleeping through the entire night. My husband works 3rd shift, and he quickly noticed that his sleep wasn't just sound, but effectively restful! My knee pain is improving also. Fits great across a king size bed, easy to use and clean.

Very uncomfortable to sleep on the way display looks like it fits across a king size bed does fit across the bed, but you’re only getting part of your body on the mat and that is made out of very comfortable product. I didn’t like it at all if you put it under your whole body, your skin sticks to the product.I slept on it a couple days hated it sent it back.

I thought there was no way the grounding mat would work but it does. I fall asleep so much faster and I feel so refreshed in the morning. My husband takes prescription sleep medication and has not had to take it since sleeping on the mat. Highly recommended.

I love this mat. So much I bought the sheet set. It took two days before I noticed a change, my joints didn’t ache as much, when I woke up I wasn’t stiff. I slept all night since buying this. I bought another one my son and daughter share it when they have track meets it helps them recover from the distance runs. My only problem is I had to purchase the pen to check it. Great product. This is easy to use it fits perfectly on the bed I sometimes put it across the bed so my husband can get relief and sometimes it lay it the long way on my side of the bed. Great value for the price. I have been using this since January of this year and I am improving more each day. It is light weight easy to carry. I will come back at six months to discuss the durability. Stay tuned.
