This is an honest review. After searching for something to help me with my nightly cravings I happened to stumble across this during my search. This product is legit. I'm so skeptical about so many products out there and at the age of 70 (although I'm told I look 50) I've pretty much tried them all. As everyone knows with age comes the inability to lose weight easily. Face it ladies, there is no "magic pill" out there, even Ozempic or other "weight loss" products that are available, you need to limit intake of carbs & sugar etc or NOTHING will work...not to mention the astronomic price tag. I was so surprised that after only a week my nightly cravings were all but gone. I even sat on my sofa one night realizing that fact....and for this skeptical sally I was surprised. I will stipulate we are all different. What works for me may not work for you, BUT if you find something that works, terrific. This, for me, works. I also incorporate Lemme Burn and have seen my belly fat diminish. No one is more shocked than me. If you're serious, give this an honest try. I have taken Ozempic, Mounjaro, Trulicity, Rybelsus and Victoza. These pills don’t work. Mounjaro then Ozempic work best for curving food craving, yes the side effects aren’t best but hey you want to turn off those little voices, it’s going to cost ya lol. Please don’t waste your money. I can only imagine that those saying this supplement works is because they are choosing to believe it not because the pill is effective. Save your money, I wish I did. I didn’t know that this was a Kardashian brand not that would not that that would’ve made a difference in me purchasing it, but it is interesting to know that they are behind this brand, and I purely would like to tell them straight to their faces to please try again, given that they themselves have taken the real medicine of those Olympic and Mounjaro and had amazing results.

I didn’t do much research prior to ordering this product. Beware that this product is not FDA approved. Do not take this product if you are anemic! There are numerous clinical research studies that show chromium can cause anemia or severely affect those who are anemic by depleting iron levels. Another scary thing is that chromium is only safe to consume for a maximum of two years, so do not plan to take this long-term. As a long-term result of consuming chromium, it can cause hemolytic anemia and thrombocytopenia. As well as damage to the liver, kidneys, and nerves and can cause irregular heart rhythm. As someone who is anemic, this was disappointing to discover. I have not received this product yet, but I am already hoping to return. I am disappointed that this was not stated in the disclaimer, especially since there is so much research on this topic. Also note that many companies are marketing their products to certain age groups and aesthetic packaging designs, claiming to be “healthy” because it’s vegan or has other benefits. These products claim they are “clinically studied”, but are not FDA approved and are somewhat false claims about the product.

I have this 7+ year bad habit of craving sweets after 5pm. The cravings intensify even more after diner. I have tried several different medications and supplements to help stop the cravings but none of them worked. Was close to going on Ozempic but chickened out after reading about long term side effects. I came across this product at a friend’s house – she’s on week 3 and swears by it. Most importantly, these pills are not huge and easy to swallow. Thank goodness because previous supplements were a huge problem for me. I'm on week 2 and I have noticed that the cravings have somewhat disappeared It is not a miracle worker but the change is pretty damn huge. It took away my urge to snack on most evenings but there are still little moments I cave in. I also have not experienced any side effects from this product (which I had from previous cravings supplements). Major bonus are the energy levels – consistent throughout the day and I’m sleeping very well. I lost 2lbs in the first 2 weeks but am also working out daily – the combo is def helping. Overall, I would recommend this pill to anyone who had cravings issues. It has made a positive change in my life.

I’ve been taking Berberine for the last 6 months and let me tell you: it doesn’t work. I believed the hype on Tiktok and wasted hundreds of dollars on a product that did little to nothing for me. It didn’t properly regulate my blood sugar levels or stop cravings (plus my energy levels dropped). I’m now 5 weeks into Lemme Curb and the results are astounding. I’ve been able to stop my daily evening binges which I never thought possible. Typically, I lose willpower by 7pm and succumb to whatever I see advertised on Seamless. This is a reoccurring issue and something I’ve dealt with since high school (I’m now 28 living in Manhattan). It’s something my mom and I share in common. Thank you genetics lol For the record, I’m less focused on diet/weight but I can confirm that my pants and skirts are fitting more loosely. But the cravings….they have stopped. Altogether stopped. I can’t articulate to you what a relief this for me as I was giving up hope on my supplement journey. I will update this review in 3 months but hope this helps earlier users.
