I purchased this train to run around our Christmas tree this year, and it did not disappoint! It comes with plenty of track pieces, making it easy to fit around trees of different sizes. The train has two modes - one silent and one with sound that plays Christmas music along with realistic train noises, which is a nice touch. The steam feature is a fun bonus and really adds to the overall effect. It even includes extra parts, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, 'm very happy with the quality of this item and would definitely recommend it for the holiday season. Great value for the money!

First off I want to start out by saying I absolutely love this company! My original review is down below. My original train set had some issues and the company reached out to me regarding it. They sent out another train set which fix all the issues. This new train set works perfectly in battery life is good too. I absolutely love the fact that this company cares for their customers The train looks really good but the performance of the train was very disappointing. Battery life is very poor and doesn't last very long. The train also comes off the track very easily. It's a disappointment because the train itself looks very good I just wish it had a longer battery life and stood on the track. Also had an issue sometimes by the train would get stuck and wouldn't go unless I pushed it.

It’s a cool train, way too loud I put a piece of tape over the speaker and it was better though. Cool aesthetic but my issue is how on Earth does it go back in the box? I’ve fully opened the cardboard to try and plan better and it can’t all fit in such a small space, idk how it all came packaged inside originally when this isn’t even taking into account the space of the bubble wrap. Need to find an unboxing video I can watch in reverse.

Easy to assemble. Great sound effects. Grandson loves it.

Absolutely horrible sure this won’t get posted but instructions were sent are a joke,,batteries in, fully charged,on track correctly..surface as specified..train will not move, noise is deafening more like screeching than actual train whistle, NO smoke,NO music..dead train ..putting in railroad storage..the garage! My little niece was so excited and now sitting here crying cause doesn’t work, followed instructions on YouTube as suggested..did everything but this train will NOT do anything! This is follow-up after contacting Seller, which instead of a full refund or any type refund offered , Seller was send a replacement, totally free, a brand new train set…that was weeks ago and to this date 1/5/2026, still haven’t received replacement…doesn’t say much about good reliable company customer service !

I purchased this item to put around the bottom of my Christmas tree. It was a great addition to my Christmas decor and the train works perfectly!!!

Set up was simple and easy, the style and look is great, the jingle bell song is clear, but the we wish u a merry Christmas song is awful sounding, the led lights are a great feature also, but the smoke doesn’t work, have tried both the trouble shooting options and still Nothing , very disappointed, we purchased for our granddaughter to enjoy under the tree, will be reaching out to see if we can get a replacement of maybe just the steam engine, since it is defective , if not it will Be going back …
