I recently purchased this INOVIVA juicer/smoothie maker and I am very satisfied with it! First of all, its biggest highlight is that it does not require ice cubes. The first two projects were failure and semi success. This is is another semi success.?Mr T Margarita Mis, 12 oz plus tequila , 4 oz for N 11.1% alchol. After 1 hour on cocktail it was only watery slush. Oh cold enough to give a headache but not frozen! Almost rest to quit and send it back. But one more try. Review #3 - SuccessAt last perfection. I used the machine it was designed for. This is a party machine, not really intended for the individual. The center silver drum is the freezer and when you only use the minimum not much liquid touches it. So failure on individual drinks! But the way to do it is to give it a good load. You can always save the rest and process it later. My favorite drink is a classic margarita. I use a full liter bottle of Mr. t’s mix and a bottle of tequila. This is about 11%. In an half hour you will need a spoon to drink it! Ole. This is a keeper.

I received the Slushie machine as a gift from my wife, she knows how much I enjoy slushies, especially here in the Las Vegas heat. Having this machine is a money saver when compared to buying slushies in stores. Also being able to make your own favorite flavor slushies and adult sluhies is such a plus. While I loved this gift, after unpacking, we noticed the control panel was not securely fastened to the machine. While it worked the panel was loose and kinda annoying when using the touch control panel, it would move, thus making it more a push button panel. I contacted Inoviva Customer Support and they asked me to try a fix. It didn't work, so Daisy from Customer Support told me she would send a replacement machine. I didn't expect that, I thought we would have to send the machine back and wait for repairs. But Daisy told me they would replace it and no need to worry about waiting for any repairs to the one we had. I was super impressed with her help and speedy response and understanding. I highly recommend this company, it was such a pleasure knowing they stand behind their product and have excellent support! Thank you again Daisy and Inoviva for an excellent product and support!

I brought this machine after doing research on several other brands and found that it met my needs and price range. Unfortunately, after it arrived as per the instructions you have to wait a min of 2 hours before use. I waited much longer and while waiting I read the instruction manual cover to cover I wanted to ensure that it would work just like the video. I plugged it in, and the panel read OP. How could it read OP I hadn't done anything but take it out the box, placed it on my kitchen counter, made sure that it was placed more than 3 inches on all sides from the wall as instructed still OP showed up. I unplugged it and cleaned and dried it as instructed and placed everything back as instructed still OP showed up. I reached out to Customer Support for additional assistance followed their instructions and OP still showed up. The machine has been returned; it was picked up today 1/14/2026 by UPS

My wife loves it and it saves me from going to the gas station late night. Win win
