Terrible Product & Even Worse Service – Avoid!
I installed this unit on Jan 12th, and within a week, the waste water wouldn't stop flowing, even when switched off. It took ten days for support to arrive, only for them to perform a "patch job" with old parts. Predictably, it failed again the next day. As of today, the unit has completely stopped working. Support is now ignoring my calls. I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been a total nightmare. Save your money and your peace of mind—do not buy.

Kinsco Aqua filter review
Products is ok. Water quality is normal. Smell slightly compared to a good quality ones like kent. Installation team support is very weak. Extra installation cost of 750is really high. Can be a good deal if water smell can be normal and have a better service and installation support.
