My car was rear-ended and I had a serious head injury. I lost my memory so they gave me Aracept and it gave me a bleeding ulcer. I had read about Glutamine curing ulcers so I tried about 5 different brands. Beverly powder is great. It took the pain away in a day or so. It healed the ulcer but I keep taking it because their is no "heart burn" or "acid reflux" disease in my life as long as I take Beverly Powder and I love the Cherry flavor. Solgar L Glutamine stopped the pain of the ulcer too but not one other brand helped me but Beverly and Solgar. The rest were WORTHLESS in my opinion. You have to be careful when you purchase Glutamine because so many of them are absolutely useless. If you are taking some odd brand and still have heartburn at night then you know the brand is useless. I purchase 3 Beverly Powders and they are delivered every three months from amazon and no shipping on automatic delivery. I love amazon automatic delivery.

Not bad compared to others

My personal trainer recommends using only the Beverly International brand for creatine and glutamine and I understand why. I put two scoops of gultamine and about 1/2 scoop creatine in my 24 oz water bottle and drink it during my workout. It mixes into water well, tastes good and most importantly, helps my performance and endurance throughout the workout. I used to buy it elsewhere but now the price on Amazon is very competitive and with Prime free shipping, you can't to better. Highly recommended!

When I bought this, I was also awaiting my blender bottle. I just stopped by to tell you for the love of Pete, do not put this in a cocktail shaker. None of the parts would come apart after I used the cocktail shaker to mix this. I had to throw it away. Other than that, it's a good product and I really like it.
