Powerful and sturdy blender
After a long wait finally I got this blender. Honestly I am very happy of my purchase. Really super sturdy and efficient. I love the build, made to last. And does a fantastic job of blending and grinder. Quick and efficient. Worth the money for sure. Only point to note is that the jars aren’t dishwasher friendly. The jar capacity is also pretty good. Both the jars serve the purpose well. Seems a durable one. 2 years warranty is cool.

Extremely Disappointing After-Sales Support
I purchased the YFL HOME BlendLab Pro 2.0 Mixer Grinder (1200W) in May. After just a few months of normal usage, the mixer suddenly stopped working. When I raised a complaint recently, it was found that the PCB is burnt, which is a serious quality issue for a kitchen appliance. What’s worse is that in a city like Bangalore, this product is non-serviceable. The so-called customer support on WhatsApp is completely useless — they keep replying with the same automated line: “Our Team will get in touch with you”, but no one ever does. No resolution, no accountability. For a product marketed as premium and powerful, this level of poor build quality and terrible after-sales service is unacceptable. I regret buying this mixer and do not recommend YFL HOME products to anyone.

Superb Mixer. Best purchase ever.
Amazing mixer. The best product in this category. There is not a single flaw in its design. The jars are of the right size, its powerful, the modes are quite helpful, it holds the ground while running.
