very enjoyable

This is an extraordinary book, full of haunting suggestions. The title story is one of the very most beautiful things you'll encounter. In his little essay on reading, Willems says:"Reading demands an almost religious attitude from us, since with each reading we celebrate a work, which is to say, a creation. and since together all the books in a library enact the creation of the world. The inner world." (p.70)

Each of the short stories are amazing, and I really want to read more of Paul Willems' work.
