I had an old set of these bought approximately fifteen years ago from a TV ad, and I was very happy with it.Now it was time for a replacement, because many of the containers got lost (or not returned by the people who borrowed them with leftovers ;-) ), or too stained by tomato sauce, or by surface damage after getting washed too often in the lower section of the dishwasher.I tried first a lower-priced set (Chef Buddy) but I ended up returning it right away, because the quality seemed much poorer (thinner lids that were already warped, and even the containers material seemed lower quality). So I returned it, and I bought this one instead.This new Smart Spin set seems to be the and quality as the original, so I'm very happy with it).What I like most about this set are the following features:-- Extremely convenient storage: it takes the minimum possible space, and it has a very smart rotating system, that also includes a slide out tray, and that makes removing/storing the pieces extremely easy in tight spaces.-- The lids close up very tightly (almost leak-proof!)-- The shape of the containers is the most practical out of ALL the storage container types I've previously used in my life. It fits in narrower spaces and it stacks up very nicely.

So handy, love that all lids and containers fit each other. Turntable storage for container and lids plus the fact that the turntable has a pull out feature to easily access containers/lids keeps them organized and easy to access.

I ordered the Original many, many years ago. I loved them.The second time I ordered it, I did not care for it as much. Lids did not stay on as well.This is the third time I purchased these containers. Lids stay on much better but the holders keep falling off.But I can take care of that, I will just glue them in.Thank you.

This storage system is perfect for leftovers. I love how they all stack in a separate compartment according to the size of the container and the one-size lids stack in a separate compartment as well. Now all my containers and lids can be found in one place and I don't have to figure out which lid fits which container.

The media could not be loaded. Video added. It demonstrates an ORIGINAL set at least 25 years old a BAD replacement about six months old and this WORST EVER GARBAGE!!!!! Please watch before you even consider ordering!This is a DEFECTIVE "Chef Buddy" so-called "set" being sold under a different name--sometimes--at an even higher price! Or lower price. It doesn't matter. It's all the VERY SAME GARBAGE!!! I'm not sure about the "pink" color lids. I might try them...The original set was so excellent I'll try about anything....Any review that may in any way seem positive cannot, I believe, be accurate because these "containers" are not fit to contain anything except perhaps air! The lids NEVER fit! You can turn an EMPTY container upside down--wiggle a little and the lid may well end up on the floor! And when you pick it up there's a fair chance it won't even be in one piece!That is how AWFUL this "SET" truly is!!!!The carousel will not assemble properly because the PARTS DO NOT MATCH. I know this for FACT because I have an original STILL IN USE and the assemblage of parts you get in the "kit" are NOT the same despite some of them being the same. By all appearances they are parts from TWO DIFFERENT KITS!SCAM ALERT!! SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT!!!

I first purchased a set many years ago and have bought replacements as, over the years, some pieces "disappeared". It was time to replace again but now there are so many similar, but not as good, copies. Some don't seem as durable, some don't slide in to the ones I already have. I'm happy to have found these. They're almost identical to my original set. I bought a set for each of my children who are in the process of setting up new apartments. The only drawback I have with these is that the replacement packages that are available don't offer the larger size container so I have to buy a new set each time. A little inconvenient but I do it each time.

Well, it was okay, but not the sturdiest that I thought it would be.

We had our first spin food storage for more than 20 years. When a few of the containers finally began showing their age, we decided to buy a replacement before we couldn’t find them any more. Success!!
