These things rock! The couple of inches I've gained on the back end of my tools by using this has been a game changer. They are made decently well, I haven't dropped the tool on them but I think they'd hold up fine. There is zero slop in the swivel even after a few months of use. I haven't noticed any effect on tool performance.

To convert a non-swiveling air hose to swiveling, just remove the ¼” female NPT air coupler normally at the end of the pressure hose. Connect the female end of the EVOULTES swivel fitting onto the air hose. Connect the female air coupler removed earlier to the male end of the EVOULTES swivel fitting. Clean threads with a brush and use Teflon tape at all threaded connections. Then quick connect accessories to the coupler as before. There are two swivel fittings in this order so two air hoses can be converted to swiveling.The red color makes it easier to find the end of the hose laying on the floor. The finish is flawless and the taps have no burrs. Each fitting has two points that rotate 360 degrees. Both areas rotate smoothly throughout the 360 degrees. After installation, Leak Detection fluid indicated there were no leaks at the swivel points or threaded connections.During use, the swiveling sure does make tool handling more accurate and less fatiguing since hose flexing is minimized.

I got these to use with a die grinder and a pneumatic ratchet. I had never noticed how much I was fighting the hose when using these tools. This little pivot attached to the end of the tool before the house takes all the tension out that a kinking hose causes. These are heavy duty with a nice anodized finish. There's just enough drag in the pivot that the hose stays in position but will rotate as you move the tool around. This is really useful with a die grinder since I've always changing how it's positioned compared to what I'm grinding. Overall these are really good quality swivels.

For those who care, these are beautifully built and finished. The red anodization matches the rest of my pneumatic fittings perfectly. Their tension/resistance to swiveling is perfect. I’ve only used one of the two so far and have not been able to make it leak.Surprisingly, their ability to form a 90 between tool and hose is very useful. I wasn’t aware how often and how much I’ve been fighting my tools when in tight spots and had no idea a 90 would make such a big difference.I used a 25’ coiled hose for my air tool 99% of the time so kinking has never been an issue and twisting rarely is. I think I’ll try one on my pressure washer where twisting is a constant problem. It would be a big win if I could roll up my PW hose at the end of the job without spending ten minutes taking the twist out so it will coil up.Anyway, probably not a dire need but recommend these to increase comfort.
