Fake replacement policy
I ordered set of 3 books. Got 3 same books, so requested for replacement but they didn't gave replacement order, instead they forced to keep the initial order. Never ever buy product from this seller. Very disappointed. I am forced to keep defective product & didn't gave good product though they have replacement policy.
