I mean, it’s worth the price. This Shiatsu neck massage pillow is perfect for relieving tension in my neck and back. The deep-kneading massage and heat are very soothing. There are 3 modes from slow to fast. And all works well. I use it at home, in the office, and even in the car. It’s quite strong, but I wish it had an option for even more intensity. Overall, a great way to unwind and relax!

It was working in the beginning when I needed it I used it after a couple of times after and it does not work if i move it. the chord is bad. % months using it and it is GARBAGE!~ If you flip it over it is hard to turn on and off. You have to keep adjusting it and it defeats the purpose. I really liked it when it worked for a month but wish it had a controller.

What I liked about this product was that it was very easy to use.The heat levels the functionality relieved a lot of pain and pressure I had built up in my neck The quality also was amazing

This arrived along with a few other Christmas gifts for my family. The box was a little damaged and not sealed. The pillow, charger, and instructions seem undamaged and nothing looked wrong, so I think it will be ok. I haven’t used it yet, As it is a gift for my mom who has been having neck problems recently. Will update when tested after Christmas.

While I don't expect alot from the price, it still does a good job of loosening my tense muscles.

My tension is held up in between my should blades and of course that's such a hard to reach place. This massager really gets into that spot good and kneads away the tension knots. The heat is great too, really helps me be able to relax while the massager is doing it's job.

The product worked for about a month, then stope working. Junk won't buy again. Live and Learn

This product only lasted me less than 60 days. The time has lapsed, so I cannot return it.
