2018 F250 6.7 Powerstroke Works perfect. Most systems will require a driver but the instructions tell you were to download. Installation was insanely easy. Connection works great. Speed is great. Small enough you could put in a pocket or drawer in a toolbox.

Works as it should no problems. Follow the directions on the card they send with it to install the drivers.

Works with forscan. Need a good quality USB to C adapter like I had to use. If it says it can't connect to the car. Unplug everything and flip the switch. Immediately picked up my Focus ST and let me make changes. Only reason it's getting a 4 star is because of that headache and that I started a return, figured that out and had to cancel my return.

I was able to program my 2017 F150 Platinum using FORscan with this cable. You need to make sure and get the driver for the cable, which is listed on the sheet that comes with the cable. People who are saying this cable wasn't recognized are probably not installing the driver. I got the device not recognized error, until I went back and read the instructions that came with the cable. As soon as I followed the instructions, I was able to connect and get rid of auto start, the seatbelt and door chimes, as well as do Lincoln fold mirrors and display the temperatures on my gauge cluster. Definitely worth the money.

Works great on my 99 7.3. Pulled codes that wouldn’t show up at Autozone or Oriellys. Does buzz test and other diagnostic tests. Very easy to use.

Works great for ForScan on my 2018 F-150. It works well even though ForScan says that the adapter isn't recommended whenever you plug it in to the computer and run the program. That being said I have used the adapter for hours at a time plugged into the computer using ForScan and it has never given me any issues. Definitely a great budget adapter for using ForScan and I don't really see a reason to buy a more expensive one unless it was a Bluetooth adapter as this one works great and has worked with every ford vehicle I have tried it on.

I ordered this adaptor for specific job- to turn off the tire pressure monitor in my old F-150 (I check the tires regularly and it was driving me crazy). The adaptor is easy to use- download the free FORscan program and a driver for the device and you are good to go. The documentation, however, is pretty opaque, especially in regard to obtaining a (free) two-month license or a (reasonable)permanent one to unlock important features, including the one I needed. It took a bit of menu navigating and reading between the lines to figure it out. It would be nice if FORscan would clearly state what you need to do up front and not so buried in menus. Also, be advised that there is no support for Mac OS- you need Windows on your laptop. I do use a Mac but fortunately I have a virtual Windows machine installed and that worked perfectly well.

Dovendolo collegare a un pc portatile si è reso necessario scaricare un driver per farlo riconoscere sulla porta USB. Bisogna poi scaricare il software Forscan, disponibile in versione gratuita o a pagamento, in quest'ultimo caso sono presenti ulteriori funzioni. L'uso dell'adattatore mi ha permesso di diagnosticare varie anomalie riconducibili a un problema classico per le Ford: un guasto (U1900) al connettore del bus sul quadro strumenti. Dopo una diagnostica (a pagamento) senza soluzione in officina se non un'ipotetica sessione di verifiche, mi è bastato smontare il quadro strumenti ed effettuare delle saldature seguendo un tutorial video su Youtube. Problema risolto brillantemente spendendo pochissimo. Consigliato per chi ha un minimo di manualità.

Baught one of ebay and it worked focus mk3 keyless entry stopped working. You can do allsorts with this bit of kit. The forscan forums realy help you solve your problems. Cleared all the faults

Aunque hoy en día se pueden encontrar interfaces tipo Vagcom para diagnosis y funciones oem Ford que cambian entre bus Ms y Hs automáticamente por ejemplo(Vgate), este fue desarrollado en 2006 junto a al software elmconfig para ya en aquella época diagnosticar, programar y configurar Ford Focus, Kugas y Mondeos.... Fordscan llego tiempo después de la mano del desarrollador canadiense. Esta interfaz funciona perfecta. El programa te preguntara si lleva interruptor para cambiar a Ms o Hs. Las funciones avanzadas es mejor dejarlas a profesionales. Permite reseteo y adaptacion de centralitas, codificacion de inyectores, regeneraciones forzadas etc. Barato y perfecto. El primero que tuve lo fabrique yo mismo en 2010.

Mithilfe des Schalters kann man sogar sämtliche Informationen vom Fahrzeug abrufen und den Fehlerspeicher auslesen, gegebenenfalls sogar löschen.
