This company customer service is Awesome I bought dresser from them ..sent it back to them by Fed Ex somehow Fed Ex lost my big Hugh heavy dresser of 102 pound amazing how can that happen it’s 6 feet box very heavy yet they list it in the return process Fed ex did not refund or cared about this issue they did not give me any receipt since there was tracking # which is so wrong ! Must have receipt for this kind of issues if I had a receipt from them they had to pay 100% the day that o dropped off that Godzilla box they said their computer is not able to give me receipt it’s down but no worries you have tracking # yet that’s not how it works a must get receipt always learned a lesson .. despite of all this this company Loomies are Great !!!! they stepped in and refunded me in full they did not get their return drawer since it was lost nor did they ask for anything what a great customer satisfaction service to do that THANK YOU LOOMIES !!!!!!!

What I received was a frustrating lesson in deceptive advertising and poor design. Buyers, steer clear—this dresser is a complete letdown.First, the "12 drawers" claim is blatantly misleading. Upon assembly (which, by the way, took hours due to unclear instructions and flimsy parts), I discovered that this dresser actually has only 6 physical drawers, each with a cheap divider to create "12 spaces." Calling these divided sections "drawers" is dishonest and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. This kind of deceptive marketing is unacceptable and should be a red flag for anyone considering this product.Worse still, the drawers are absurdly small. I could barely fit two pairs of pants in a single drawer—and that’s after struggling to cram them in. Forget about storing sweaters, jeans, or anything bulkier than a few T-shirts. The so-called "12 spaces" are so shallow and narrow that they’re practically useless for any meaningful clothing storage. I ended up with a dresser that takes up space in my room but can’t even handle a fraction of my wardrobe.The build quality is another issue entirely. The materials feel cheap, the drawers stick when you try to open them, and the whole thing wobbles if you so much as brush against it. My son wanted a black dresser to match his black display cases in his room. This dress with LED lighting matched his display cases perfectly in regards to color and depth.1. Installation was very easy with the instructions provided. The process does take a bit longer due to the assembly of the drawers. One part that may be a bit tricky is installation of the LED strips. There are small grooves cut into the top portion to allow the LED strip to sit comfortably without interfering with placing the top piece on. Please pay close attention to those grooves and line up the LED strips appropriately or you may have problems installing the top piece of the dresser.2. The dresser is sturdy and sits well against the wall without concerns for tipping over. I did not need to install wall mounts but my son does not have a lot of clothes. If you plan to put heavy clothes in the drawer, please install wall mounts so the dresser does not tip over when the drawers are opened. Heavier items should be placed in the lower drawers and lighter items on the top drawers.3. The design is minimalist without any fancy trims. The only feature that pops is the LED lighting which is exactly what I was looking for. The power strip with USB input installed at the top left corner of the dresser is perfect for plugging in your devices to charge overnight or plugging in a night light or digital clock.One issue that could be improved on was the power supply for the LED strip. The LED is powered by a USB plug that must be plugged into the top of the power strip which is rather unsightly. If there was a way to plug the LED strip on the bottom surface of the power supply to hide the USB plug, this would look much nicer.

I would give this five stars but truly deserves four due to the caption/description which is very misleading. I honestly should’ve read the reviews before purchasing however instead of using it for me I used it for my daughters room and it has truly given so much more space in the room not to mention more organized so yes it’s true what the rest of these comments say. It’s a great product if it were used for kids but as an adult your best saving your money unless you truly just don’t have that much stuff to place in it due to the fact the drawers aren’t that deep either

The measurements were off which made put it difficult to put together. The assembly was very hard and the small details with alignment definitely throws everything off. The size of the drawers are a lot smaller than it appears. But overall it looks good

This dresser is pressed poster board. Very flimsy and assembly took about 10 hours with two people,It's not actually 12 drawers its 6 factually.The drawers are not deep and can't hold much weight.The outside of the dresser gives the look of 12 drawers but it's an optical illusion. I received only 3 paper thin dividers instead of 6 to make 12 very small drawer sections. Intentionally misleading.
