I had been looking into getting a sports massage as I had been suffering with a stiff and occasional sore back, but seeing how much physios charged for a 30 min massage made me wonder if there was a more cost effective solution.This has been an absolute life saver! I do at least six hours of dance a week + 45 min HIITI also work in front of a computer all day (so not the most back friendly activities!)I can use this whilst working at my desk and this device gets out all the knots from my workouts. My dancing has already improved and I feel my recovery is much quicker!I plug it in and love that I can use it whilst working/watching TV. I do find it more comfortable to use sitting upright in a desk chair though. It also warms up which is a nice functionality.So much more convenient than paying £££ for regular sports massages! 10/10 recommended!

This gives a firm massage and really gets into knotted up muscles in the back.I'd been suffering shoulder and neck pain and when I tried this item it hurt at first, but after a few minutes it was feeling really good!

I needed to replace my back massager after my one broke after 6 years, so was looking for a similar one. I had returned several ones around the £25-£35 mark and realised that the quality of massagers have gone down hill, as I couldn't feel anything... the strength of massage wasn't good and couldn't even feel the heat.I wasn't keen to spend so much, but after reading the reviews and a £10 discount I felt happy to spend and confident it'll work.Marked down a star as its quite pricey for the size.I'm pretty happy with my purchase and its very quiet, firm and heat is pretty good - only time will tell if it'll last months or years.

I bought the product for my wife as a gift and she absolutely loves it. She had problems with her back and this has enabled her to resolve it in a very quick and pleasant way. Absolutely brilliant product.

Read about this in the Good housekeeping magazine and it is every bit as good as they said it would. Great for tight backs and shoulders.

A bit on the small side, the massage balls lack strength but it’s okay for somone who wants a gentle massage, heating is decent but a bit on the loud side

Please read to the end!Initially this item was delivered faulty, the fact is it had already been returned by someone else as their returns slip with their personal data was still in the package, so not only have Amazon sent me a faulty item but they have broken data protection! Although very nice, none of the 3 Indian ladies I spoke to were able to send me a working replacement, they were only able to issue a refund once my return is received, but I can order a replacement at an increased cost of £20! Then once I’ve received that new product and Amazon have received the faulty item they will sort out the price. I paid for a second one, Amazon sent another one, refused to honour the £20 difference and then this one didn’t work and had to be returned!This is when Bob and Brad stepped in, AMAZING customer service, sorted everything and they comped a new unit that works beautifully I can not do anything but praise them, Amazon could learn a thing or two from .Bob and Brad! Product is excellent and does exactly what I wanted,

The first one broke the very same day!!. BOB and BRAD sent a replacement straight away, which I thought was good customer service. However, the replacement one they sent broke down after a week or so!. 2 in a week!. After contacting them about the second one, they weren't interested at all. I threw it in the bin. The problem is that the cloth becomes loose and the massage heads start catching on the massage heads, slowing it down. Then the cloth becomes entangled in the massage balls, stopping them from moving at all . Avoid buying this. I'd give it minus stars if I could. Cheers.
