Very easy to switch out the heads for the clamp. Love that it comes with the manual punch tools as well as the clamp tool. Came with clear photo instructions on how to use it. The button snaps together very firmly, overall quality seems pretty sturdy.I wish the hole punch tool was a little sharper? I feel like I have to hammer it down pretty hard and multiple times to actually get the hole to punch through on the leather (it wasn't a very thick leather either). But that's just being nitpicky, it's still very usable.Love that buttons came in a box, but even more that the tools came in a box as well, so I can keep everything together and organized.

I am by NO means any sort of seamstress or tailor, but I needed to fit the hood on my expensive Patagonia jacket and this was perfect for the job. Instructions were clear and included everything I needed for the job.

This tool works. If you need to install button snaps on normal thickness 1/16-1/8” thick leather work it will work. You have to change the tool out for the two different snap parts which is time consuming. It will probably last at least 100 snaps. The included snaps are very nice, and a good variety of 4 colors. If you are not using this on a professionally on an assembly line environment, only a couple snaps per project, this tool is adequate. The tool is simple and feels a little bit flimsy but overall the kit is a good value for the money.

The snap buttons on my Son's winter jacket were gone and I couldn't find a tailor to replace them, so I went on Amazon and found a kit of snap buttons plus the tool that adheres the button to the jacket. I then found a tailor who would do the job if I supplied the buttons. The job was done professionally and my Son is now a happy man. Thank you Amazon.
