My husband needed a good head set for work. He's a technition and has to recieve calls while driving. We've bought a few but there's always some issue comgort, battery life, call clarity ect... this one we have had for about a month now and it's been working great. I'd like the battery to last a little longer but it gets him about 6 hours of calls so that's higher in the range of what we've tried. The ear piece that wraps around his ear also extends a little so it's more comfortable to wear but is still a hard plastic piece. The calls come in clear and I can hear him clearly when dispatching though and that is a number one issue I've had with ones we've purchased in the past.

It'd be understandable if it wasn't an advertised feature, but it is specifically advertised. Don't expect to be able to use this in an area with a lot of ambient noise, because the person you're calling will hear just about everything you can. You should expect to pay a lot more for a quality noise cancellation feature, unfortunately.

I was looking for a similar product for a replacement to my previous bluetooth headset. I got this one and it's been great so far! Very clear HD sound and the music sounds extremely cool as well. Very good blutooth range and high volume. Very happy with my choice here!!

This is a nice little blutooth unit that paired well with my iPhone and I honestly could have rated it a full five stars if it wasn't for my individual hearing problems. It allows me to carry on a conversation in my old Jeep while running down the road and would be even better if it had higher volume. A good choice however for those with normal hearing and under normal noise backround conditions.

The design of this item is good and luxury. The function is good. I can clearly hear other's voice and the recipient of my call can clearly listen to my voice. However, the bluetooth headset has one problem. The problem is that it is small for me. I cannot wear the bluetooth headset comfortably. I feel some ear pain by a small mount of it.

Love it so far its comfy and well designed. The case should have a place to store the charging cord but doesn't so your left with a small cord and no where to put it. I feel like the volume up and down should be reversed but that easily overcome.Update: Haven't even had this a week yet and I've managed to drop kick it across a parking lot, and just dropped it off the top of a railcar. No visible damage and it works perfectly fine. If I could give it a 6 star I would.

This is the first bluetooth earpiece I have used so take that into account when reading this. That said, the item just came in the mail. It was easy to use, I swapped out the earbud for a smaller one. The earpiece fit well and was comfortable. The best part was the sound. Called friends right away to see how reception was on their end and they were surprised I was using bluetooth; they told me the sound was very clear on their end.

I got this because now with a baby I want to be 100% hands free and I'm so glad I did.It's easy to use and the sound quality is great.
