This product makes my skin smooth and it works.

When I received my product, there were some white clumps in it. I contacted the seller, and they assured me it was just due to the temperature (it was cold when it was delivered). I appreciate the prompt response from them, so kudos there.This is a slightly thinner serum. It doesn't feel oily or greasy. I like that there are no added fragrances or colours, and that what AHAs and BHAs are present are listed on the front of the bottle.I have used this two days in a row before, even though you aren't supposed to, (I missed the whole '3 times a week' part) and it didn't cause any irritation or damage to my skin. Not saying you should do what I did, but it is gentle enough to be forgiving to my skin.I feel like the texture of my skin has improve, and that the colour is more even.Value wise, I think this is quite reasonably priced. Affordable, but still good quality. This was my introduction to chemical exfoliatants, and would be a good introduction for others as well. It is effective, but also gentle. The otehr ingredient in it are quite soothing on the skin.

SO this kind of blew my mind in terms of exfoliation - what exfoliation can even be. I used to think exfoliation was using tiny little granules to abrasively rub off dead skin cells. I didn't realize a solution like this could basically do the same thing, but better and with less... stickiness. So I applied this, and a few minutes later applied a moisturizer and I could literally feel little globs of my skin coming off. At first this was slightly alarming, but it left my skin looking visibly better. So good that I used it again the very next day (directions say NOT to do that) and it stung my skin. I learned my lesson and use it just a few times a week and I feel like it makes a noticeable difference in my skin's appearance.

I love this easy product that makes my skin feel so nice and smooth after! I’m buying this again. Easily.

This product is a very good exfoliant. I had been using a different, quite well known, AHA/BHA serum and was very pleased with the results, and I wondered if this would match them. It pretty much does, leaving my skin noticeably smoother without any drying or irritation or other discomfort. I was, as always, hoping for some help with a few spots of hyperpigmentation, and it hasn't done much there after almost two months of use, but then nothing else helps much either. It does leave my face a bit sticky after use, even when applied directly to cleansed skin, with no other serums used first. It does eventually absorb, though, and a bit more quickly than many other serums do.
