I was looking to buy Omega XL but couldn't really afford it. I figured joint pain was just going to be part of my life. But this product changed all that. I have been taking this fir a month now and have seen significant improvement in my knees and hips. I am 67 yr old and in good health and weight. I was able to actually do squat down which I couldn't do in years. I stopped riding horses a year ago due to pain bur rode yesterday for 2 hrs and felt great. No pain! I highly recommend!!

Very disappointed that I misread the description. This is a tablet and not a capsule! Capsules and softgels are much more easily absorbed. I canceled my subscription.
