These vitamins aren’t big, so they are easy to swallow. And the amount you get for the price is a plus. There is no stomach discomfort from these. The quality is good and they seem to be effective. I don’t have as much of the winter blues like I have without taking a good quality vitamin D&K.

That it's not made with sheep wax.
I just hope it not made with wax off sheep coat. Otherwise so fat l am fine.

Easy to swallow.
Unable to really rate as I just got started. I will say the capsules are easy to swallow. There is no smell or foul taste. I can re-evaluate effectiveness after the first 90 days and I have time to repeat my labs.
