It actually does what I expected it to do. It is basically connecting one's iPhone screen to the TV. I did not try streaming any videos from any services, so I do not know if it works for that or not. I use it primarily to see my photographs, WhatsApp messages or screenshots and safari videos. It works great!For those who are a little technologically challenged, remember to select the correct HDMI on your TV settings.

Exactly what I needed to turn my iPhone into a hot spot/use my phone to hook up to the TV. It’s so great that this simple, inexpensive device and so easy to use and install-you literally just plug in to both devices and then you can watch TV on your TV thru your phone’s power. This saves a ton of money on cable or WiFi too! It’s compatible with many tvs-my Samsung TV works great with it! And the speed is great-no buffering no sense either this high speed cord.

Works just iPhone won’t stream from a lot of apps like Netflix hbo or any of this just utubeOr if u wanna just mirror phone to tv but can’t watch movies which is what I wanted other then iTunes and buy and rent em

Cable worked really well for about 10 connections and then stopped working all together. I purchased June of 2025 dead July 2025. I was really gentle with the cable but still didn’t last long

The head heats up a bit too much but it gets the job done.

Overall great cord. I use it to stream my phone to a projector. Would buy again!

The Lightening to HDMI cable is great. I now have free TV.

The quality of the pictures being displayed in iPhone is different from the ones that is being displayed on projector. Rest everything is fine. The cable works flawlessly.
