One of the few electrolyte additives that contains potassium which is essential. Potassium has a salty taste, perhaps that is why others do not include it. But, assuming you are taking electrolytes for your overall health or as an athlete, or both, you should make sure your choice includes potassium as its an essential mineral needed for balance. Taste of this one stick is enough for 32oz or 1/2 gallon for me. It would actually be ok if they made it in a less sweet version, as I prefer my food to be unsweetened and save that for candy and dessert, as to not desensitize my taste buds. Wouldn't mind if they knocked a few dollars off the price too.

Good flavor, no sugar and low sodium

Excellent flavor and convenient packaging to take along. Nice alternative to plain water.

Gives me lots of energy I feel hydrated.
