Great to have on hand for when I do water fasts. One in the morning and one in the evening. They have kept me nice and stable along with salt to balance my electrolytes. Amazing value too! Thanks a bunch!

Bought these after finding my potassium levels were low, taking one per day I have noticed an improvement in energy levels, cramping has decreased, and a slight improvement in muscle strength. So good up to now. They taste slightly salty but not unpleasant, easily swallowed given the split through the centre. Will come back to this review.

These arrive in quite a large plastic bottle and you get 180 tablets. I'm only taking 1 tablet per day so they'll last me a good half a year. Well worth it for the money I feel. Having recently found I have a fairly low potassium level I have used these to supplement my intake along with the variety of fruit and veg that also includes potassium. Definitely have helped as a recent blood test has confirmed. Well recommended as they do what they say on the bottle!

I had heard potassium was good for debilitating and while they did help make sure you don’t take them on an empty stomach or they will cause issues

I ordered these as a recent routine health check blood test showed my potassium levels to be a little low (mild hypokalemia). These UK manufactured potassium chloride tablets are said to be GMP approved giving me some confidence in their manufacture. The tablets are quite large but have an indentation to help split them in half if required. They taste a little salty when placed in the mouth. The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day but I am always a little wary of overdoing health supplements so have decided to start with one a day until until I have the opportunity to discuss with my GP. One of the things I like about this supplement is that it is straightforward, with just the one ingredient and not made more complicated by having a mix. I feel I should add to my review the obvious disclaimer that this is not medical advice and really you should consult your doctor, as I will do, if you have the need to raise your potassium levels, although even the recommended dose of 2 of these tablets a day is only a proportion of the NRV (the bottle quotes 26%). As with many health supplements however, too much potassium can cause problems and adequate potassium levels are apparently usually attained from an decent but ordinary diet. The current price of these tablets at £11.49 with an additional 10% voucher is very reasonable for a 3 month supply at the recommended dose and I will give a 5 star rating
