Worst purchase I have ever made in my life!
No stars, product arrived opened box large crack in the front panel. I plugged it in and it doesn't cool. Turned out to be a $159.00 heater and blow fan, the air wasn't even cool. Really disappointed, especially with Amazon that they would offer this product. I will bet this will end up being the most returned item ever. Don't buy period.

Its just a fan
This is just a high dollar fan. It doesn't cool whatsoever. And when I tried to return it they closed the return window 5 days later without notification. Buyer beware. Do not buy from this seller. I am rethinking of buying stuff from amazon period. They have went down hill fast.

This doesn't deserve even 1 star and now I can't get my money back. It does NOT cool at all.

returns item
This item does not work as stated in the description. I have been trying to return this item for about 2 weeks and i yet to be responded by Amazon or the seller. this is the worse purchase I have bought from Amazon and I think it will be my last purchase. this item is not an ac this is a low budge small fan. I want to return this item and get my money back. At this point I will spend more money else where just so I can get a proper response.

Este producto no sirve lo compre como aire acondicionado y calefacción y el aire que suelta no está frío solo avienta poquito aire ni se siente y no enfría absolutamente nada y tardo mucho tiempo para llegarme y el mismo día que me llegó lo revise y como no me gustó hice la devolución y ya pasaron 15 días y el vendedor no contesta

The air condition does not work at all. It’s not cool. Nothing at all.
I bought it to use in my bedroom to cool because it said it was an air condition. It’s not it doesn’t work at all.

This item is very bad. Do not buy it. I is missing the remote control also. There are 10 days that I'm trying to return it, and they are not allowing me. It keeping saying that in 2 business day I'll get an answer, and 10 passed buy, no answer
