Installed and after juggling few reviews on this and comparing price i decided to go with this. Hopefully all work out over time. Just an extra bull look and become useful at times..pull up shrubs.pull items like fence post out the old embedded concrete. Took the advice of a 9 y/o on where to drive the side by side (polaris ranger xp 1000 crew) and they suggested a very deep mud hole. Mud was above the tires so over 30" and as I stuck right to the bottom on the skid plate i realized I would have to winch out. And i did just that, see photo for mud line reference. The winch did respectably well. I do not particularly enjoy the synthetic rope and would much rather have a wire rope but that's neither here nor there. It got me out and for the price it was a good value. Easy to install.

I bought this for my boyfriend as he has a lawn service business. He hooked it up to his biggest trailer and it really really works, he is very happy with it

I purchased this for my Polaris ranger to operate a plow, and for the off chance I get stuck and need it. It was between this winch and the Harbor Freight 5500 lb utv winch. I was nervous because of the lack of reviews for this winch.The box came in great shape. Everything was packaged well and protected. One I had the proper winch plate for my ranger the install was simple and self explanatory. Since I'm using if for a plow first I removed the 1/4" synthetic line and wound it with about 10' of 2" nylon strap. the winch operation is quiet and smooth.Time will tell how it holds up. If anything goes wrong I will update this review.

This is the weight capacity recommended for my can am maverick x3 side by side and the holes are too close together on the fairlead. I had to make my own mounting plate and drill my own holes to get it mounted. Eventually made it work.Has a nice hook and free roll works well along with the wireless remote. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I have not had to use it yet for recovery.

Easy install, nice size and seems to work great so far.

Less than a year on my trailer and only used twice and the control box got water in it causing a short. I guess it’s not really ip68. Very disappointing.

Mounting this on my trailer to help load anything I can't drive on.
