That was everything needed. I especially liked the long working time. With another "stick" type of epoxy putty, I felt rushed. With this, I took my time and got it exactly right. Works easily above or below the water, or dry, but I suggest wetting and rinsing the concrete first with water and using some water to smooth the epoxy. Buy with confidence, this is the right stuff.
