I have used berberine as a supplement for my blood sugar for a long time. This product is a good one! It does not irritate my stomach and seems to last throughout the day. 2 capsules is the recommended dose and I take it in the morning with my breakfast. My blood sugar has stayed stable and my cravings (carb) are manageable.

Im not supposed to say what this is for on Amazon if it's for medical reasons. Google it before buying. It caused me bad stomach aches. I took a dif supplement w/ a mixture of ingredients that was easier on my digestive system.

My wife started taking this and we did a quick blood test about two weeks after she did and her blood sugar went from 122 to 106. Cholesterol dropped about 50 points to around 168. Triglycerides went from 190 to 124. HDL went up four points to 41, and blood pressure went from about 132/84 to 115/72. Going to be getting more blood tests soon including A-1 C. It was 6.5 before we started this. I hope this helps somebody. This product is incredible. I highly recommend taking organic coconut oil twice a day, about a half a teaspoon each time to complement berberine. I can’t stress enough to people to make sure you eat a healthy diet and get as much exercise as you can to help further your results. I will update this in the next few weeks.
