Good support but I would size down I got my normal size originally and it didn’t shape as well as the smaller one. Not seen under my dress so I appreciate the functionality. The built in bra held me well and over all the shaper ware did what I need it to.

If you are bigger in the chest area absolutely do not buy. If you have a thick mid section absolutely do not buy. Ok both of these and can tell you I even sized up and it wouldn’t even go above my chest.

I really wanted to love this, but when I say it’s for short torso only, I mean it.I’m tall (5’9”), but in my 36 years no one has ever described my torso as long, nor have I had an issue with clothing due to it. So this isn’t coming from someone is used to this problem.Honestly, the bra part fit well enough and had great form/shape wear, but the length was a joke. With it fitted correctly on my chest, the buckle meant to go through the legs hung at my belly button. Just to see if maybe it stretched, when I did get to buckle between the legs, the top of the bra part sat right below my boobs on my rib cage. This is meant to be strapless, but I couldn’t even get it to cover any of my chest.

I liked it somewhat I do wish it was tighter on the top area I js felt like I kept having to pull it up and I do wish it was a little longer. I do like the quality.
