I really like the flavour and texture of this product. I find chocolate flavours sometimes taste off putting or too sweet This was just right and i take at night to help me stay asleep as a woman in my 50s who is woken by low blood sugars.

the powder itself is okay, I just REALLY hate the packaging. it does not zip up no matter what, so it's going bland faster because of air contact.

Mixes well with skimmed milk, good protein content, 24g in a 30 gram (weight) serving. I like the taste, not too strong. The texture is fine. Price isn't too bad. Overall, i like it and i had the chocolate cream one.
