Does thia only use capsules or can you use filter coffee witg it?

This kit comes with a part called a "water tank mount", but im unable to find any use for it or any other mention in the manual. What am I missing?

Can anyone suggest any compatible coffee pods for this that are dark roast organic, and free of alluminium?

Is anyone having issues with using fine ground coffee? It works fine with nr 3 and nr 4 grind but not the espresso (nr 5 and above).
