This is such an easy way to do the elf on the shelf! Honestly sometimes you don’t want to think of any ideas. You just open up the box and bam you have everything you need right there and you don’t have to put much effort in. I love the quality of all the little items and I love that it came with little background cards. This is just the perfect way to set up your elf on the shelf and honestly, it’s worth it to see their little faces!

It is a bit on the cheap side of quality. Also, the parts are very small. It may work better for very young children, maybe 5 and below. Otherwise is cute and it may give you some ideas to get you out of the Elf last minute idea conundrum

I love the variety of settings, but do feel that it’s kinda boring if I don’t incorporate my own ideas. For instance, the cereal one is a great prop if I incorporate an Elf On The Shelf box of cereal for my son to eat with his scout elf. The ideas are there; we just need to be a little more creative to make scenes fun. Don’t knock it! If at worst, you can make your own and use some of the props. We have a train around our tree here, so I’ll use the train in the props with another little tree I have to simulate the same one. You don’t have to use it exactly like it says, but it does help if you have no ideas.

As tiring as it can be to come up with new ideas every night, it is so fun and I love purchasing new things every year to add to my elf collection. My kids love seeing what our elves get up to every day! This was so worth the purchase and I still haven't even used everything inside it yet! I keep collecting more and more.
