Snake oil
Over priced device that claims to induce sleep through the use of so-called calming lights projected onto the ceiling. Complete waste of money, did absolutely nothing whatsoever despite trying for several weeks. Avoid.

Nice idea but over priced
I was dubious about buying this product because of the £45 price tag - but as a long term sufferer of chronic insomnia i'll try anything for a decent nights sleep. Hypnosis CDs and other relaxation aids have never been particularly useful to me and I assumed that at this price this item must be pretty good. However, I was disappointed when it arrived and found it to be a small plastic box made in China that takes one 9V battery (it comes with the battery) with a little blue plastic window for the light to shine through. To make up for its disappointing first impression it boasts 5 modes: a 3 min bedroom flashlight, a 7 min normal sleep mode (the light wave you breathe to), a 7 min mood softener heartbeat (the blue light pulses like a heart), a 25 min sleep mode (the same as the normal sleep mode but longer) and a 30 min `mood' light for a romantic setting.Well i think this is a bit silly and an attempt to sell this item as some fancy multi purpose wonder. Unless a 3 minute torch and romantic light is what you are after, its likely that these other uses wont be of much interest to you. The pulsing heart beat i'm not sure about yet...Having said that, the blue light is very pretty and is very calming - much nicer to have on than a normal bedside light if you cant sleep. As a sleep aid, one of the problems i'm finding with this product is keeping my eyes open to focus on the blue light as it fades in and out. I'm tired but wired when i go to bed at night and keeping my eyes open to focus on something is really difficult - (although i cant sleep when they are closed). I'm also finding the way the light fades in and out a bit jerky which is irritating to breathe to. However, these things do take practice, time and patience so i am not going to right it off yet and will continue with it as much as possible for now.I personally think this product is a bit of a gimmick and my advice would be that if you are new to sleeping problems, shop around for alternative relaxation aids like hypnosis CDs, herbal therapy, self help books etc first as these will all be cheaper and better products to begin with. However, if you have a chronic sleep problem like myself and are desperate to find something that works, perhaps shop around and see if you can find this item cheaper somewhere else - unless you are happy with a £45 price tag. At the end of the day, what doesn't work for some people may work for others and if this product gives you a good night sleep its worth its weight in gold.Good luck and let me know how you get on if you do purchase it - i'd be interested to know how this works for others.

Resultados excelentes
Recomendo vivamente a quem tem dificuldades em adormecer. As instruções estão erradas. Falta dizer que é preciso começar a rezar o Rosário! É tiro e queda!I personally recommend to all with asleep problems. The instructions lack an important issue. You have to begin praying the Rosary! It always works!
