I bought this model (B227Q D4 21.5"). It has height adjustment, tilt adjustment but not pivot adjustment.Incorrect Description Issue:The stand has firm and there is no way to rotate the monitor to vertical or horizontal position. I don't think it's possible even with removing and refixing the provided stand. If someone knows how to pivot the display just like Tilt or height adjustment, please share here.Positives:Built-in camera and Microphone - Works very well. As Screen is big, but its actually better compared to Laptop camera.Speakers have good sound. More than normal laptops.All the necessary cables in box except VGA: I liked this. The box came with HDMI, USB B to A for camera, Good quality Aux cable & obviously power cable. However, power cable's socket is extra large and won't fit in normal extension cord or switch. I bought additional power cord to make that fit in same socket. The currently given socket is the one found in Motors or heavy electrical equipment using 3 phase, not for regular charger or 16 Amp socket.Picture quality is crisp.Monitor if paired correctly with CPU, is good for online classes as it has speakers and microphone/camera inbuilt.

This monitor has the integrated camera, but there is no USB port to connect the monitor to your laptop. Because of this the camera doesn't work at all. 3 of the Acer service engineers tried to fix it, but failed. Now I am unable to return the product. Amazon customer care pur me on hold for 30 minutes but failed to even pull the order details. This feels like a scam. I think this product is not genuine
