I’ve been really impressed with OWYN protein powder. As someone who is vegan, it’s great to find a plant-based protein that actually tastes good and mixes smoothly. The 20g protein blend from pea, chia, and pumpkin seeds keeps me full without any dairy or artificial ingredients, and I love that it includes probiotics and superfood greens. It feels clean, easy on my stomach, and perfect for daily shakes. Definitely the best vegan protein powders I’ve tried. It works well with frozen cherries to mix in with your smoothie as well along with your favorite dairy free oat milk.

The truth is, this product arrived just when I needed it. I was looking for a plant-based protein to supplement my diet without added sugar, and this one completely met my expectations. I love it because it's light, easy to digest, and doesn't leave me feeling heavy, which is very important to me. The vanilla flavor is pleasant, not overpowering, and mixes very well. Since I started using it, I feel more energetic and at ease knowing I'm consuming something that provides good protein without unnecessary ingredients. It has definitely become an essential part of my daily routine, and I will continue to buy it.

Honest review, I am switching from a organic plant based protein to this option. Strictly because I do not want any sugar or stevia, and a higher protein value in this product. The taste is mild which I am good with, the vanilla taste comes across as manufactured. Mixing in a shaker created a frothy drink, I mixed with just water, took several additional rinses with water to get the full consumption of product. I will try for a three month period and update my review at that time. So far I am good with it.

Doesnt dissolve in oat milk as well as id like but thats a minor inconvenience when it tastes really, really good and doesnt have any garbage in it. Will absolutely buy again, in fact this is my go to from now on. So hard to find protein that tastes good and doesn't have stevia or sucralose or animal products or a ton of sodium and sugar. Seriously strong ingredients and reasonable price point. Hard to beat that

I don’t know what’s happened over the last few months, I don’t know if the original owners sold the company. I don’t know if they’re just trying to cut costs, but the formula/recipe has changed drastically. This has been my favorite protein powder for probably a year or so now. I used to exclusively buy the cookies and cream flavor then suddenly it disappeared and you couldn’t get it anymore so I switched to the chocolate. The last container of chocolate that I bought was a very different texture Compared to the product I was used to getting. That was already setting off alarm bells and I started to worry that I was gonna have to go through the process of finding a decent protein powder again. My mom gave me a container of vanilla because she had bought it for my brother trying to help him improve his health and he doesn’t wanna do that lol 🤦🏻‍♀️ so she gave it to me. The vanilla texture was great just like the chocolate used to be so I was hoping against all hope that it was just a change with the chocolate recipe but then I was disappointed to see with my most recent purchase of vanilla that it too Has become sandy and grainy and it’s impossible to get rid of The clumps And lumps in it. Because I don’t like to drink my meals, I have been consistently making protein pancakes with this protein powder for the entirety of my purchase history with them and it’s always made amazing pancakes and the pancake batter is always super smooth, Now it’s absolutely awful. And it’s not just the batter that’s coming out awful, the end product, my pancakes now are falling apart. The texture is completely un appetizing and It doesn’t matter how much binder (egg, pumpkin purée, etc) you put in there, They are grainy, sandy and Fall apart at the first hint of Maple syrup. you can’t even get a piece up on a fork because it just disintegrates. I can’t imagine trying to drink this as a protein shake because of how awful the texture is. you would think that maybe baking it or cooking with it would reduce the texture problems, but unfortunately, that is not so. At this point, I don’t see that there’s any use for this protein powder… Well, there’s no enjoyable use for it. Very sad to have to start all over finding protein powder that meets my dietary needs and taste needs. They had something so good, now they don’t even have a product worth selling. so if the changes were made in an effort to cut costs, well, now I doubt they’ll have anything to make money off of 👎

I really like this brand and have bought their pre-mixed shakes for a while now. It's good stuff that helps balance out my diet and it doesn't have that weird synthetic taste of lot of other replacement shakes do. I figured I'd try their powder since it's gotta be more economical but the thing showed up over half empty! I took that picture after opening it. I couldn't believe it! The actual powder itself is still really good and I use it in some foods and in shakes and such. I'm just really disappointed in how little came with the jar of it's size, like c'mon...

This stuff is pretty good. If you’ve tried a lot of different shakes like I have, this one probably lands really solidly near the top. It has a very fine powder texture, so it blends well for smoothies and etc. but if you just shake it with water, milk or milk alternative, you can definitely taste the powder. So just be aware if that’s a deal-breaker for you. Also it’s great for a month of protein shakes at this price. Good value imo. Also felt pretty energized after a couple days with it in my usual routine. Really glad it has the extra BCAAs to assist with muscle soreness and/or metabolism support.

Tastes great. Great to use for a good protein shake. Easy to blend. Would recommend.

I really like this chocolate plant-based protein powder. While the macros aren't the best out there (slightly higher sugar and lower protein than I would like), the taste is superior. It is very hard finding good-tasting vegan protein with minimal ingredients. This will help me manage my cravings for something sweet while supporting nutrition goals

Most vegan proteins have stevia or other sweetners which I hate. I find sweetner way too sweet. Took me a while to find a good protein. Not sugary and hormone free. Very expensive but worth it

Has a really strange taste and huge container used to package. Only about half full. Does fill you up though and is gluten free.
