Primavera 1/2 Size Violin Outfit - Rainbow Fantasia Blue

I was impressed how quickly the violin was delivered- it has a lovely tone and my daughter loves playing it.

The color is not as pictured. It's more of a blue-green. There is no "metallic sparkle" to the paint. It is shiny but not "sparkly" or "rainbow". They put a clear sticker on it that says "rainbow" in white letters. I don't like the sticker. I bought it for a child to enjoy the color, not to promote "rainbow agenda". The violin looks very cheap; so much that my husband thought it was a toy. It's very lightweight. I can't imagine how it could be that light and be made of real wood. The wood can't be seen through the paint. The paint had one hairline crack, which I can't tell if it's just the paint or in the wood. The paint was also scratched by accident with the corner of the plastic rosin box - so it must not be a very durable coating. The rosin was not good quality. The pegs were loose also.
